HickoryTech, its employees and the HickoryTech Foundation recognize the importance of a vital community. Grants are awarded in the priority areas of education, community and culture.
The HickoryTech Foundation’s fiscal year runs from March through February. All grant requests for funding must be received by Dec. 1, 2012 for consideration in the next fiscal year beginning March 1, 2013.

The Foundation contributes to numerous non-profit organizations.
