HickoryTech and its employees recognize the importance of a vital community. Through corporate giving and the HickoryTech Foundation, the Company works to meet many needs in the communities it serves. Over the years, millions of dollars have been given to organizations making a significant impact on efforts and projects that better communities, enhance economic development and the quality of life for residents. In 2011, HickoryTech gave more than $450,000 in donations throughout its service area.
